Kamal Kooner - President and CEO
Kamal co-founded Technical Solutions Group, Inc. in
1994. With his leadership, TSG has enjoyed steady and
predictable growth. Initially, TSG's focus was
strictly custom software development and IT consulting.
As a result of TSG's success, strategic relationships
were formed to represent best-of-breed software
solutions such as Enterprise Portal Solutions,
e-Procurement and e-Management Solution.

Previously, Kamal founded two other start-up
companies. One of the companies Kamal founded was KE
Consulting Services that developed software for travel
companies to analyze sales, and determine high profit
markets and ROI on marketing campaigns. The other
company that Kamal founded was Excaliber Limited that
developed electronic educational kits that allowed
students to build real devices that were controlled by
micro computers. These devices included temperature
measuring, light sensing and auto shutoff switches.
He was directly involved in developing the prototypes
and engineering sales of the finished product.
Kamal earned a Bachelor of Science degree in computers
from University of Sussex, England.

Michael Lavelle - Vice President of Technology and
Operations
Michael is the co-founder and corporate vice president
of Technology and Operations. In this position, he
oversees all of Technical Solutions Group's Product
Development and Engineering Services. His experience
comes from 20 years in the field of Information
Technology.
Previously, Michael was a senior engineer for Covalent
Systems where he was instrumental in further product
development. Prior to his tenure at Covalent, Michael
was senior software engineer for Triad Systems.
Michael graduated from State University of New York at
Stony Brook and holds a bachelors degree in Philosophy.
